I’ve been in the fitness world now for 15+ years and during my tenure I’ve been fortunate enough to have trained with and learned from a wide variety of exceptionally intelligent people; including but not limited too professional bodybuilders-past and present, sports medicine doctors, professional powerlifters & strongmen/women, amateur and professional strength and fitness coaches, social media fitness gurus and everything between and I bring that knowledge and experience to all my workout and nutrition programs.
My ultimate goal is to make you as fit and strong as possible. Come to Kolpin Training and leave the rest to me!
